Make Some Yummy Meringue Snowmen

What you need:
- sugar
- egg whites
- salt
- currants or mini chocolate chips
Before You Begin
- Wash your hands.
- Spray vegetable oil on a cookie sheet.
- Adult: Preheat oven to 200°
1. Carefully separate 2 large eggs by dropping the egg whites into a glass bowl.
2. Add a pinch of salt and beat until fluffy. Gradually add ½ cup sugar. Beat until firm peaks firm.
3. Drop three spoonfuls onto the cookie sheet.
4. Use the back of a spoon to make a snowman shape.
5. Decorate with currants or mini chocolate chips.
Adult: Bake for 2 hours or until lightly browned.
When cool, store in an airtight container.
